3.2 Agencies act as independent controllers for their Candidate relationships.
3.3 Employers become controllers once Candidate identity is disclosed.

4. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
4.1 Employer data includes contact and account information.
4.2 Candidate data includes professional experience, skills, and qualifications (presented in anonymised form).
4.3 Technical data includes IP address, device information, and usage logs.

5. HOW WE USE DATA
5.1 To operate the Platform, display profiles, facilitate introductions, and maintain security.
5.2 To improve services, analytics, and user experience.

6. PROFILING
6.1 Automated processing may be used for search, ranking, and matching of Candidates.
