1. APPLICATION
1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Platform and forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. PERMITTED USE
2.1 The Platform may only be used for legitimate recruitment-related purposes.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
3.1 Users must not attempt to identify anonymised Candidates or contact Candidates outside the Platform.
3.2 Users must not copy, extract, scrape, or otherwise harvest data from the Platform.
3.3 Users must not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Platform.
3.4 Users must not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to systems.
3.5 Users must not use Platform data to build competing services or databases.
4. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
4.1 The Company may monitor usage and investigate suspected breaches.
4.2 The Company may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach.
5. BREACH CONSEQUENCES
5.1 Breaches may result in legal action, liability for damages, and application of fees under the Terms of Use.
6. NO CIRCUMVENTION
6.1 Any attempt to bypass the Platform constitutes a material breach.
7. VARIATION
7.1 The Company may update this policy at any time.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
